Tiny Town Goats  established in 2004.........................

Now with over 50 goats in our herd including now,  Oberhasli's and Mini Oberhasli , we are not the hobby herd we once were.  We are active in the American Dairy Goat Association, Maryland Dairy Goat Association, and ANDDA, the American Nigerian Dwarf Dairy Goat Association.  I am past president and current vice president of the MDGA, and currently Vice President of  ANDDA.  We show  - Judge-appraise - love - and enjoy our goats 365 days a year.  Our more recent years I focused on milk production over all other traits, as I knew I would not be able to show as often.   Our website is not as fancy as others , and you will probably have to email me to get a conversation going - but I would love to hear from you.  I work 40 hours off farm in addition to my chores here, and I will get back to you when I can!

Tiny Town actually began in 2001 with the purchase of two pygmy goats for my son's 4H project.  It only took us a short time to realize that our beloved pygmies were a kidding NIGHTMARE!  We did some research in 2003 and concluded that Nigerian Dwarf Dairy Goats were the match for us.  We placed a deposit with a breeding in Virgina, and in 2004 we were up and running !
